Workshop aim: To enable you to support your service users to gain the skills, confidence and information that will help them to move into employment
By the end of the workshop you will be able to:
- identify ways to support your service users to overcome brriers to employment
- support service users to write an effective CV
- give advice about interview techniques and how to deal with difficult situations
- signpost service users to sources of job related information, such as in-work entitlements
- support service users to develop confidence and knowledge that will assist them to systematically plan their job search and move into employment
